These terms apply to use of goodlifepopcorn.com and to orders or requests submitted through the site. By using the site or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Products, Prices, and Availability
Goodlife sells specialty popcorn, frozen treats, gifts, cards, apparel, accessories, and other items. Products, flavors, sizes, photos, prices, promotions, and availability can change. The Flavor Board and website are intended to stay close to current availability, but an item may sell out or change before an order is completed.
Orders and Payment
Customers are responsible for reviewing selections, contact information, fulfillment method, and totals before submitting an order. Final price, tax, availability, and any shipping charge are confirmed during checkout. Payment processing may be provided through Goodlife’s commerce providers. Goodlife does not ask customers to send payment-card information through ordinary contact or inquiry forms.
Pickup
Pickup orders are fulfilled at Goodlife Specialty Popcorn, 208 S Hampton Rd, Suite 100, DeSoto, TX 75115, unless another location is specifically stated. Customers should use accurate contact information so Goodlife can communicate about order status or questions.
Shipping
Shipping is available for eligible items. Available shipping options and charges are shown during checkout. Transit and delivery estimates can be affected by carriers, weather, address issues, holidays, and other circumstances outside Goodlife’s control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Food, Ingredients, and Allergens
Ingredients and allergen considerations vary by flavor and product. Customers with allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions should contact the shop before ordering so the specific product can be reviewed. Goodlife does not represent that the production environment is free from every possible allergen.
Promotions
Promotions may have additional conditions and may change or end. The current Goodlife T-shirt offer provides a complimentary Goodlife shirt with a qualifying purchase of $30 or more, subject to available colors, adult or youth sizes, and stock. Unless Goodlife states otherwise, promotions have no cash value and cannot be combined in a way that defeats their stated purpose.
Gifting, Fundraising, Events, and Custom Work
Custom gifting, fundraising, event participation, branded work, and other special arrangements may require separate pricing, timelines, minimums, approvals, or written terms. An inquiry submission does not by itself create a binding event, fundraising, or custom-order agreement.
Returns, Replacements, and Order Problems
If there is a problem with an order, contact Goodlife promptly at 469-249-2580. Because products and circumstances vary, refunds, replacements, or other remedies are handled based on the item, issue, and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Website Use
Customers may use the site for lawful personal or business interactions with Goodlife. Attempts to interfere with the site, bypass access controls, misuse forms, scrape protected administrative functions, introduce malicious code, or access systems or data without authorization are prohibited.
Intellectual Property
Goodlife names, logos, original graphics, product photography, site design, copy, and other brand materials are owned by Goodlife or used with permission. These terms do not grant a right to reproduce or commercially use those materials except as permitted by law.
Third-Party Services
Goodlife may rely on third-party services for hosting, maps, social media, payment, point-of-sale, shipping, or other functions. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Goodlife is not responsible for an external service after a customer leaves the Goodlife website or separately interacts with that provider.
Availability of the Website
Goodlife works to keep the site accurate and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be changed, suspended, or updated for maintenance, security, product changes, or operational needs.
Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without overriding consumer rights that apply based on a customer’s location.
